The Best Ganesh Chaturthi 2023

What is Ganesh Chaturthi

Ganesh Chaturthi

Ganesh Chaturthi is a festival for all Hindus It is a festival that is celebrated collectively by people, not only in India but in the rest of the country all the devotees of Ganaraya celebrate it with great joy and enthusiasm. This day is celebrated in Maharashtra with great enthusiasm. And in our Hindu Purana, it is also written that Ganesha Bappa was born on this day, so Ganesh Chaturthi is the day when devotees worship Ganesha and also install the idol of Ganesha Bappa and for nine days all Ganesha devotees worship Ganaraya with devotion.

One day before Ganesh Visarjana, we see devotees coming from far and wide to see the idol of Ganpati Bappa decorated and then nine days after the installation of Ganpati Bappa idol, Ganapati is immersed in the sea in a nearby river.

People of many castes and religions live in our country. Therefore, various festivals are celebrated throughout the year. And one of the festivals that everyone eagerly waits for throughout the year is Ganeshotsav. Ganeshotsav is an important festival in Hinduism. Ganaraya arrived on Bhadrapada Chaturthi.

The eleven-day-long festival ends after the immersion of Ganapati on Anant Chaturthi. Preparations for the welcome of Ganapati Bappa begin a month in advance by decorating homes and public circles. Through this decoration, some good message is given to the society.

The idol of Ganapati Bappa is brought with a lot of banging. There is an atmosphere of excitement among all, on the day of Ganesh Chaturthi, Lord Ganesha is worshiped and the idol is installed. An offering of modakas is made to Lord Ganesha, followed by aarti, the house resounds with clapping and clapping. All friends family and relatives on the occasion of Ganapati.

Come together at home, be happy. On the day of the Ganesh festival, various competitions are held in public circles as well as at home. From children to adults, everyone participates in the competition. The house yard becomes very happy.

Ganesh festival is celebrated since the time of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, earlier this festival was limited to family. From the year 1893 Lokmanya Bal Gangadhar Tilak made Ganeshotsav a public festival. The purpose behind this was that the people of all castes and religions should come together, and get rid of religiousism, and casteism, all should mix together so that there would be unity and more people.

Ganeshotsav is my favorite festival. The reason is that in this festival, all relatives, friends, people of different castes and religions of the society celebrate the festival of Ganesha together, forgetting arguments and anger. Everyone is happy. This festival serves to bring the family and the community together.

People celebrate Ganpati for one and a half days, five days, seven days, or eleven days. On the eleventh day i.e. Anant Chaturdashi, Ganesha Bappa is immersed in music. Everyone’s face is happy, but the heart is sad because Bappa’s immersion is about to take place. Bappa is about to leave us. That’s why it is said, Ganapati going village, we don’t forget us, and Ganapati Bappa Morya, come early next year, this Ganesh festival is celebrated with enthusiasm and joy.

Ganesh Chaturthi
Dhol-Tasha Jayghosh Ude Gulal Ambari
Ganesha's ride came to every house on Chaturthi!!

Gajanan Ganaraj Swar on Mooshka
The longitudinal curvaceous idol is seen celebration !!

Let them stay for ten days
Ladkya has a high place in the house for this guest !!

Twenty-one modaks are offered daily
A plate of sweets before Bappa !!

Pushpahar Durvankur daily rangoli aarti
Devotees worship with their own power!!

After serving, God became angry with the devotees
The form is not always the same as Bappa's Khulle !!

Tell me, Ganaraya, what did we do wrong?
What happened? Unexpected devotees came to the shelter!!

Ganesha said, "How much do you wear?"
The spectacle of roaring every night Oh, I'm tired!!

I understand my feelings automatically
Ears - No hoarse voice Bhakti is his name !!

Donation of robbery without my eyes
Don't fight, fight, show off!!

What a waste of food in the name of offering
Pune, whose stomach is hungry, make money!!

Unity had started to be maintained
Festivals have been corrupted, my heart is sad!!

Focus on development and progress in it
Respect your time and save your culture!!
