By DMAIC, we mean the phases named – Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control.  

To achieve this valuable certification, one needs to pass the IASSC Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Exam. It is a test consisting of 100 questions to be solved within 3 hours of timeframe. There are around 20 multiple choice questions and true/false type questions from each major module of the IASSC LEan Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge. You can either take the exam online through the PeopleCert Online Proctoring system or take it offline at any of the 8000 Testing Centers present within 165 countries. The passing score of the exam is 70%. Note that there are no prerequisites associated with this certification. All you need to do is pay USD 295 to purchase the Exam Voucher and appear for the exam.
